I feel your pain. I ordered my T-header from American Classic and it took about a month. When I called to check up on the order they told me the part was being ordered and shipped from the manufacturer because they didn't have them in stock. Still not too sure how a seller on ebay can sell an item that isn't even in their possession. I hope you have better luck with DHP. Either way the T-Header is gonna be well worth the wait!

Now the big question. Does your bike run without the new pipes? Do you need then right now because people need to hear and then see you? Instead of getting up tight about a delayed order, go for a ride. We have 3 inches of snow and no riding weather till May. And you think you have problems! Geez man

That is why I put the stuff I order on a CC then pay if off after I receive the correct part. If I receive the wrong part and the company doesn't ship me the correct part, I call the CC company and disput it. I have ended up with parts for free that I can turn around and sell!

FOr one yes, still riding it. Secondly for those of you who have used DHP in the past, do they actually accurately keep your order status updated? STill just showing processing 10 days after the order was placed. Just curious.

Well an update. Finally got an email from DHP. Thye shipped the parts out on day 4, just failed to notify me. Im just happy they shipped. I just checked UPS and they are in town getting delivered today!

Of course in my impatience, Monday i pulled off the exhaust on mine so i could get the heat shields in to powder coat to put on my wifes bike. Then yesterday i got impatient and pulled the exhaust off my wifes bike to get ready to put the old short shots on there when they come out of powder coat.

Man i think the whole thing about this is i need to start being a little more patient. I mean i could have had 2 whole days of riding in.

Excellent news, Red.

Nothing wrong with being impatient as long as you take your time when it counts. (keeping the wife happy in that way and not over-tightening nuts/bolts).
