I just bought braided cables and brake hose for my bike, and when I ordered from Jireh the only options they had were in 3" increments. I bought 6" over cables and hoses for my 12 inch bars with 2 inch risers.....and there is plenty of slack. I could probably run 16 inchers if I wanted. If you don't mind a little extra slack with your 16's, get the 9" over stock cables. I would think they would be a good choice for your setup.
