How was the installation? It looks like a pain. Did you have to pull the primary to get the old shifter out and plug the holes?
Installation was not that bad but might have gone faster if they included instructions. As for the mid mount shifter I left it intact and fabed a bracket to hold it inside the primary so it acts as its own plug.
