Cant make my mind up between these two? Tmax or TTS
Im currently running a fuel pak with rush slip ons and KN filter but soon to be SE Heavy breather. The bike's running ok except for popping on decel ive tried lowering parameter 23 from 16 to 13 as suggested from V/H.
So thinking about Tmax or TTS seems like Tmax is harder to fit but easier to tune. TTS is plug in but a bitch to tune with vtune and all that.
I have also noticed the "bellcrank" that butterfly valve on the exhaust for the active exhaust module is sticking and doesn't seem to be closing
100% properly, you can hear the spring squeaking when reving the engine.I pulled the cable out and there is some movment in the bellcrank.
I went with the TMax with auto tune based on the fact that it is more user friendly. I can deal with the mechanical part of the install but when it comes to tuning EFI I'm kind of lost. Don't really need to dyno it and Zippers has pretty good tech support. If you know someone who is expert at tuning with the TTS that's a big advantage.
Go with the DynoJet Power Vision. Hands down. I would get that fuel pak off there sooner than later. I used a Power Vision provided map and it was perfect - no skipping, stalling or excessive popping. The PV re-maps the ECM and you probably don't need a dyno.

Anyone else had this problem?
Best bet there is to remove the motor and cable, jam the valve open with a couple of cut-down zinc-plated nails (sounds crude but does the job) and fit an eliminator plug to stop the ECU throwing codes.
Im fortunate enough to have a spare header pipe complete. So i pulled the header pipe off the bike today and there is a big difference between the two bellcranks the one on the bike was sticking and i dont think it was closing 100% so this may be the cause of my popping on decel? very curious the find out.Now just need some new retaining rings and ill be right.Cheers
