2004 dyna lowrider, bike makes a sucking noise when i shut it down, this same sound occurs occasionally while riding say at take off causing the bike to stall, ive explained this to the dealer and they found nothing but it continue to happen not all of the time but i think to often and its annoying any clues what happening how to repair?

Is your bike EFI or carb? Sounds like a A/F ratio situation, like the carb needs re-jetting or the EFI needs a tuner.

If you have an open intake (after market air filter) the noise is pretty typical. Both of my bike do this on ocasion. If the bike is carbed a slight adjustment to the air fuel mix is in order, EFI maybe a reflash on the ECM.
