And to think I was considering getting a new bike... uhhh NO! I have put a lot into this bike, all the exterior work and a really kick butt motor to boot!
I like it. My bro has a fat bob and I've always been on the fence about the wide front tire until I rode it and it just feels and handles really nicely. For some reason a fatbob feels smaller to me then my street bob. Nice bike man
Yeah the YEAR after I bought this bike they come out with the Fat Bob, lucky me right!?!
But I think I have this all the way I want it now and I didn't have to use a wide glide front end to get all to come together as nice as it did!
So far every thing I have done to the bike worked out great! I dig your extended front end, I have always been more partial to the bobber style but you could put a 16" on the front of your scoot, you could pull off the look I'm sure!:-)
Thanks it was extended like 9degree and then I wrecked it. Put a 14 degree on it now. And I'm gettin some of the new stuff on it painted right now but ne Lookin for pics real soon. I went with a 21" up front and a 18" out back. Black on silver spokes. And I never gave much thought to that sticker but when mine gets back it'll be the first thing to come off
How often do you use the mid-mounted pegs, and do they interfere with your calves/shins when stopping?
Honestly I don't use them as much as I thought I would but on a long stretch of super slab with the wind in your face your legs get a little tired of fighting the push... so the mid pegs have come in handy for that purpose so I will leave them on. They never get in the way as far as I know, I've never had issue with them.
