Couple things to check:
Make sure your exhaust flange nuts are tight, a leak there will allow decel pop
Are you letting off 100% on the throttle when you get decel pop? Does it make a difference if you do?
It seems to happen at higher rpms between 2nd and 3rd most often when I'm heavy on the throttle and ease up so I don't think it's the exhaust flange I made sure that was torqued down
Sometimes tightening isn't enough, you might check for leaks by using a simple smoke of flame check. Some people use a lighter or butane bottle with rubber hose extension to put a flame near the exhause port but I find a stick of incense works pretty well too. Use a rag to block the end of the pipe that you're checking and hold the incense up close to the head around the exhaust port. Hand pressure on the rag is sufficient, and rev it a little. If you see definite whiffs of smoke being blown away from the head, it's leaking.
You can do the same thing with intake leaks, although most folks prefer to squirt starter fluid or butane onto the intake manifold at the heads and watch for changes in the RPMs. Increase RPM means it's getting sucked into the intake.
I don't think from the sound that you have either but would run the checks anyway. It sounds to me like you need to lean out the fuel maps a little. Actually best bet ride for a while, few hundred miles then do an auto-map.
Always, recommend that you do a search in this forum and in the tech forum for decel pop and Thunder Max and read, read, read. It's a good bet that you'll recognize something that didn't mean anything to you before and have a chance to look at your problem from a different prespective.
i just realizeed my fuel remaing gauge has dissapered is this normal.also if i adjust anything through my computer and write to module do i have to run steps 1-10 again or just do the initialization after
