Well I am having to restructure a few things because of finances, and am gonna try and trade in my Limited for something less expensive.
I like the FB Low from the softail family, but I also like the Fat Bob, Wide Glide, and Street Bob from the Dynas.
Can someone please run down the positives and negatives from the different Dynas for me? I have looked on the HD website and can see the cosmetic differences, but I am asking for feedback from those who ride or have ridden any of these models, what do or don't you like about them?
I appreciate your time.
Thanks
FM

There really isn't too much difference between any of them . The Wide Glide obviously has more rake , and a 21" front tire , and forward controls . The fat bob has forward controls, also, and it has dual front rotors , which is a big plus . The Super Glide and the St. Bob are very similar . Other than the handle bars, and shock length, the main difference would be choosing between chrome or black .

Ok thanks for the input. I had an '09 1200 custom last year and theride sucked on windy interstate days. Would the same apply for the wide glide, I did like the look of the 1200c which is almost like a smaller wide glide and at 5'11 the forward controls were nice.
So is the fat bob basically like a fatboy version of the dyna?
the fat bob runs a 16 front tire . I got a 2011
street bob and I love it . Lightest bike and most nimble of any I have ridden. I think it is more nimble then the sportster I once had but then again im not squished up on it. Any of the dynas are great choices. I traded in a heritage for my Dyna and I havent looked back once. I can cruise at 85 MPH all day long in 6th gear and I still get between 38 and 40 MPG on my stock 96 ci. Gas mileage does improve as you approach the 1000 mile mark on the speedo. I just got done breaking in a 2011 Streetbob 2 weeks ago.
BTW Fire - Medic . Finances were the main reason I traded in my heritage. its great only having a 180 mo. payment as opposed to 325 (ouch) ... funny how in the good economy that didnt matter so much. I got the cheapest dyna new I could and kept it stock and will upgrade as I can.
The Superduper Glide Custom is the most awesome and cool bike EVER.
Just bought one last week. One of the local dealers has $1500 off MSRP on 2011 Dynas. For $13,000 (black) or $13,694 (two tone) its a great bike for the dollar. Some chrome but nothing compared to my Softail Deuce I traded in. The front brakes aren't to good but the bike isn't broken in yet. The brake lever almost touches the throttle grip. It may need bleeding. The bike handles great.
