On my bike I have a dipstick for the tranny and engine, I use them to to show how much oil to use. The primary I fill to the bottom of the clutch plates. Never needed a manual.

You can access the owners manual online for free on the Harley site. https://www.harley-davidson.com/en_U...s-manuals.html
You just have to sign up for a free online account.
If you click the "owners" link at the top of the Harley site you can also access maintenance schedules, create a ride plan and check for any recalls on your bike.
