WCC fenders
Matt
The WCC Jesse James roller rear that I last bought was just 18 ga, less than half the thickness of the Paul Yaffe, but was the shape and lenght that I needed. With either I would have to narrow them 1/4" to fit, but the WCC was machined on the peak seam weld down to way less than 18 ga. That peak is where my seat and the passenger seat or luggage rack mounts and right where I had to slice the 1/4" out of. I had to beef both mounting points up with 16 ga straps welded underneath. Then there were burn through issues, etc.
If you can buy a WCC front and don't have to modify it, then it will be equivalent to factory. If you can find a Paul Yaffe one, they are made twice as tough. My WCC arrived with a dented rear lip, later it fell off a table onto the carpeted floor and received another dent, the Paul Yaffe would survive about anything.
I'm still doing the mods on the rear fender, frenching in the plate, drilling the holes, shortening it to fit, re-radiusing the opennings, grinding the boogered welds, hammering out the dents, filling the dips, body filler, etc., but it was been way more work than just using a heavier fender to begin with.

what size tire you running on front? was concerned about clearance between side of tire and fender mounting bolts.
thanks
