I have a 2009 Street Bob. Before my recent upgrades, I was running a Stage 1 and V&H 2in2 Big Radius with a fuel pak. And my numbers were 73/88. So IMHO those numbers are spot on.
Wrong, They may not be the best pipes out there but read my sig V&H big radius 2 into 2, Rolland Sands A/C, Screaming Eagle Pro Tuner (Stage one basically) Dyno'd at rear wheel 85HP 99Tq. I would say thats quite an improvement over stock probably more hp and tq than a stock at the crank. Those numbers the O.P. has are low bad tune or somthing imo.

The numbers do seem a bit low to me. The fact that you went with a 2-2 vs 2-1 exhaust would make some difference. Don't be discouraged though. No two bikes are exactly the same, even if they are the same model. I wish I had a better answer for ya.
My numbers are:
Stock 63 hp ?? torque (can't remember wanna say in the 80s)
V&H Bigshots w/ quiet baffles, SE Heavy Breather (slightly modded), PCV, and Dyno tune: 82 hp 100 torque
V&h big radius pipes are really poor as far as performance is concerned. **** poor. When I had them on my night train and swapped them out for a set of bub staggereds there was a huge improvement in performance. Both sets of pipes were mapped for as well with a sert.
