Got caught in the pouring rain and wasn't dressed for it and didn't mind.
Got home and used the rain as an acid wash and wipe them aluminum and the rest.

Am borrowing a friend's bike for a while and don't have my rain gear with me ... it was starting to sprinkle right as I was leaving ... about 10 minutes into the 30 min ride it started pouring down 'cats and dogs' ... was drenched when I walked in ....
I am sure everyone thought I was crazy ... but, my bike wasn't the only one in the parking lot ... (the rest left early ...!) ....
C'est la vie ... I guess I don't mind ... had to do a load of laundry this evening ....

This year I got good rain gear, with the proper gear riding is much more fun.
I purchased a full face helment RF1100 as I do not use a windshield.
Harley rain gear is great. Worth every penny.
Sidi rain boots are tops to keep your feet dry. Comfortable without rain too.
Some days I'm the only rider around and still loving it.
Behind my tinted shield is a smile.
Take it easy especially taking off and going around corners.
When the road is filled with water you can't see them gapping holes to drive in but with the triple rate springs in the front I just ride on. What a difference.
Happy week next week, see you at the Cape.
