Did you read my post? I said I've been looking for anything to fit a Dyna for 3 years, and IF it could be done, wouldn't you THINK Kury or the other after market parts people would have MADE THEM FOR SALE ON DYNA'S BEFORE THIS? And, I didn't say "FACT".... I SAID IT WAS MY OPINION.

You are correct. My original said post said "FACT", but then I realize that in all truthfullness, I couldn't say that, and added "in my opinion" as well.

I know that these aftermarket places can design and mfg anything, and if
it would be possible to put floorboards on a Dyna frame, they probably would have. Maybe because Harley never designed or offered for sale a Dyna with Mid Controls and floorboards before, the after market guys didn't want to risk a lawsuit if it was determined to be a design flaw & caused injuries.
All I know is when the former poster said it would fit all 2006+ Dyna's, I wanted to point out that it probably wouldn't fit ones with MID controls. It would probably scrape going into curves and I have no idea how you be able to put a jiffy stand down with floorboards in the way.
I also dont know what frame this new bike is on. Is it a Softail frame or Dyna frame. Cant find any info on it.

Thanks for the comment on my color. It's not a color for everyone..... but I do get a lot of questions about her when I'm riding.

LWOS, It is a Dyna frame, maybe this will help you. Notice its listed in the Dyna section.

I have been reading about the Switchback in several different threads.
One thing I have yet to see anyone bring up is the fact the Fuel tank is smaller.

Fuel capacity is only 4.7 Gallons. And now with the EFI, there is not a Reserve, just a Low Fuel Light.
The Touring models have a 6 Gallon Fuel tank.
Looks like this is not a long distance touring bike. Just another Bar Hopper.

Yeh, and your posting this same thing on all of the threads, so I will say it once more. A lot of touring was done on Dressers with 3.5 or 4.2 gallon tanks. And 4.7 is only 3/10's less than an 07' Ultra had. So according to your logic anything older than 4 years is just a Bar Hopper because it has less than 6 Gallons of gas. What a laugh.

Yes I understand it's in the "Dyna" section and thanks for supplying the link, which I've been to and mentioned I couldn't find any info on it along with it's lean angle.
However, also notice it's not designated as an FX model .......but as an FLD. But If you feel one can get it's floorboards to install on ALL 2006+ Dyna's .......go for it.

All models with floorboards be it Dresser, Softail, or in this Case Dyna carry the FL designation.

How grown up of you jpace024.
Since you're the sage here. What's the lean angle on the Switchback? Yea, thought so.
