Ok I've uploaded some pics at Photobucket. They are at:

rough stainless 375
in chromed steel 400
plain steel 250
blank sideplates you can attach whatever you want to it
150 in stainless
75 in steel
new cam locks are 30 a pair
hit me up you can see photos of me making one at https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...available.html
MrNone, ok I like that idea but what if I'm two up. Oh yeah did I mention I'd like quick release. I'll come up with something, Dealer suggested that I get a luggage rack and just put a harley bag on it. Not sure about that. Reallhy enjoying the ride just not able to carry what I want with me. I'm riding daily the right bag is full of rain gear and cold weather gear. Just leaves me the left bag. I don't leave my helmet on at work cause by the time I get off it would be all wet.
I'm really hoping to design something with a passenger backrest style trunk.
I just got a black fld. I want a loud slip on. Any ideas?
Yeah...bassani will be doing one but you will have to wait until after first of year when they release. They will release black and chrome and megaphone or straight. Not loud, loud... but I really like it. Nice and fat sounding, mrnone thinks it will slip under nose of the cops too. Perhaps he will post what he thinks of it when he rolls in. Performance with whole system is outstanding. I will preach that aspect to anyone who will listen...i freakin love those pipes

the bag my lady uses. I am going to get one for mine.
wrap it around the sissy bar and the weight sets on the rack. can run it with out the saddle bags and never need more room. but with bags on you can really haul a lot of crap. she snapped the end of the frame off her sporty with this set up hauling home bargains from the store she works at. hundred pounds of canned goods in the saddle bags watermelon and a lot of other crap in the tourpak hehehe. on a 1993 883 sportster! well on the fxr shes rolling now the frame is a little more stout. the other pics is mine with a load of stainless steel to make parts out of hanging on the rack that mounts to the detatch sissybar sideplates. you can run this 2 up or solo
I personally think the sissy bar looks odd with no pillion of some kind. who gives a crap when you need to get your stuff where you need it to go. now the detach rack I made, I can rig anything to. I stood on it on the bike when only the bottom was welded together. but when this all gets too silly I am going to pull the cover off the electraglide put the kitchen sink in it along with everything else and go.
