Carbon Fiber Helmet...whats the best???

I know this has been posted before, Im looking for the lightest and lowest profile DOT helmet I can find. I have a skid lid now and its ok but I would like to find a lighter helmet. Im looking at the daytona carbon fiber half helmet and of course they claim they are the lightest and smallest. Thanks in advance for the input.

If your skid lid is a novelty, you won't find anything lighter or thinner. It's the styrofoam that adds the build. For a 3/4, licks is one of the thinnest I've seen. I also have the outlaw carbon but dont think it's the lightest.

If u can find a HCI -100 series helmet. Check it out. I tried one on today while I had my outlaw ultra low profile helmet on. The HCI was smaller profile.

I have a daytona and i love it. I think they are the smallest and lightest dot helmet.

Best Real Carbon Fiber Lid is anything from Head Trip....they might not be DOT, but they are the best hand made helmets. I have the 3/4 and it is smaller and fits better than the Licks NovDOT. Although the NovDot is the lighter.
