"Hopefully you'll handle things a little more professionally/mature next time"

Children are incapable of that behavior.

Hey Meatpunch, question for you. If you had a misunderstandingwith a co-worker, neighbor, a customer or someone you dealt with just one time and they put a sign in your front yard or better yet posted something up on a billboard saying something disrespectful about you without them first contacting you to maybe fix the misunderstanding, how would you react. Or would you concider that there way of contacting you?

I am not saying you didn't buy a POS product, but you did buy a product that is concided a custom aftermarket part. That usually means that there may be some modification needed to make it work for your application. But posting your problem and your mistake (you knew you were going to have problems as soon as you saw that part, at least thats what I got from your original post) on a page where anyone that is a fan of them on there FB page is just plain unprofessional.

Now, if you had given them a call to try and resolve the issue and they just blew you off then yes making a post on their FB page stating that you had an issue with one of their parts and when you tried to resolve the issue they wanted nothing to do with it would be respectful by any standards. But you never even gave them a chance to make you happy.

All I can say is that I have an issue or two with their LED's and the issues were resolved within a matter of minutes of me calling or emailing them. So as far as I am concerned Custom Dynamics gets two thumbs up from me.

I got a side mount license plate Kit off e-bay. It included a Radiantz LED license plate holder. Same situation with the wiring as the Custom Dynamics one. I managed to figure out without instruction to cut a notch in the backplate for the wires. Should be self evident to do this if one has a back plate that gets in the way of the wiring.

Also, I have some LED lights from custom dynamics for my indicators....one was defective....called up and they sent me a new one immediately.
