I really like your bars too. In fact I considered the exact same bars. I think they look great near the triple tree, ie without tall risers.
If your going to go taller why not just get some taller z bars? You can get 10 inch bars relatively cheap if you just want to powder coat them black. I just took off my 10 inch z bars and can tell you they feel like drag bars with regard to input control and response.
Opinions are like *** holes everyone has one, hahaha, do what works for you, no matter what you settle on it won't fit everyones eye, but the great thing is all you have to do is please yourself, have fun with it.
well i went with the 6" inch and he is powder coating them for me. I plan to get the trees done in black and lowers as well over the winter so I dont mind the contrast of color for a few months. Also going to get the clam shell from harley to protect the headlight since I already had one lens break on this LED light.
I think the bars do look good but are to tight on the tree. need some room to breath.
I have the 1" loner risers and the triple clamp. These guys make a very high quality product that looks and fits perfectly. You wont regret buying from them.
And I believe hs asked for opinions, so he got opinions.
To the OP glad you found something that should work for you, post pics after I think it will look nice!! Also should make you much more comfortable than how it is now.
