Roof vent on top and 1-2 small air intakes with anti-critter screens on the bottom should do the trick so you get some air flow.

Ive got a tonne of air flow, i think it is cause of 3 things cold air humidity and cold steal. There is nothing else in my shop that gets the layer of moisture other that the bikes.

Your heating it up though while your in there correct? SO the heat you leave in the building as itr cools has to go somewhere if you left the door cracked when it cools I bet it wouldn't be as bad.

Man, I don't know for sure but I don't think vents alone will solve your problem because they'll just be allowing the same air into your shed that's already present both inside your shed and outside. Water is condensing from the air onto your bike because your bike is cooler than the dew point of the air around it. Since relative humidity and temperature are the two factors that determine dew point, then you either need to take water out of the air (reduce its humidity), or you need to increase the temperature of your bike (by increasing the temp of the air around it). Considering how big your shed is, I doubt that the charcoal trick will work unless your shed is damned near air-tight and you don't go in and out of it a lot. Otherwise, fresh (damp) air will constantly be coming into your shed and the charcoal won't be able to absorb the moisture quickly enough to prevent this daily cycle. You either have to suck the water out of the air fast enough to keep the RH low when the temp drops, or you need to keep the bike above the temp of the dew point.

For some reason, your bike is getting colder than the other things in the shed, or they would be forming condensate too. Maybe the air current in there causes things in the center to be colder? Hell, I don't know. Heat the frickin shed some! Or seal it up real good. get a good dehumidifyier, and don't go in there much (yeah, right

I simply leave a halogen lamp directed towards the bikes. This gives the garage a little warmth. When I'm working out there I have a double burner Mr Heater.

You stated you had just built a new building for your bike? Does it have a new concrete floor? If it hasn't had a chance to completely cure out, that may be your problem, water still leaching out of concrete. If that is the case it will eventually slow down.

dehumidifier would work great in the building in my opinion, make them with water hose attachment now so no empty bucket.
