Just orderd some XiED's for my 2011 Fat Bob. Now looking for some Rush Slip on's! SO ready for thing beast to start running cooler and less pinging! The XiED's are on sale right now for $99 bucks...I think it will be $99 bucks well spent!
I just installed a set of Rush slip on's on my '12 WG and I'm now considering getting the Xied's as well, hoping that it solves my decel popping I'm getting. The popping is driving me nuts!
I have to wait on the bills this month to clear before I order mine but definitely looking for a solution to hot leg lol. I will be looking forward to hearing what results you get since I have a 2011 Fat Bob as well and so far I've only modified the stock baffles so it feels pretty hot on the right leg especially in 100 degree weather here in Vegas.

Will do xantasm!
Wideglide103...Which pipes did you get and what size baffle? I am looking at buy pipes next.
I put them on my 2011 fat bob and love them. I didn't fell the need to spend hundreds on a programmer when all I was doing was changing baffles and air cleaners. I put cycle shack baffles and a Ness big sucker on it.
I have rush pipes and open A/C. Have the XEID's and love them. Bike runs cooler, with better performance.
You fat bob owners will still get a lot of heat with the slip ons since you will still have the cats....
Yeah I figured there would still be some heat...but it's got to be better than stock. Maybe in the future I will get a full system that will be a free flowing setup.
Best $100.00 bucks you could spend on the bike.
I didn't change the back plate just using the K+N filter for slightly better flow.
I still get a minor growl slowing down but I have grown acustom to it.
For me it transformed my low end completely.
