My 06 st bob still has the hiccup sometimes when I accelerate not all the time every once and awhile. I've changed the hose in the tank and checked the injector wires and all the grounds and can find nothing also I've checked the fuel PAC settings and still have the hiccup and suggestions.The hiccup is it cuts out when I accelerate
Change the fuel filter just to be safe...If you are rolling on the throttle from less than 2000rpm or less, that is your problem. Kind of like flooring your car from idle...takes a couple of seconds to cough and spool up.
My bike doesn't like to be throttled up from less than 3000rpm but pulls strong to 6500.
To check it out, ride at your usual speed in the same gear that makes it hiccup...roll on the throttle and see if it sputters...then ride at the same speed in the same gear but before you roll on the throttle drop down one gear.
