Default Dunlop or Michelin?
Looking to replace my tires with Factory size. I currently have Pirelli Night Dragons and love them, but due to Inspection in Spain, I have to have the factory size. So has anyone had any experience with the new Michelin scorchers that are available. I want something that handles and sticks pretty good since I ride in the mountains on very twisty roads. The Dunlops just didn't seem to do the trick, so I was wondering of the Michelins are any better.

I heard many people complain about the new michelin tires of being too slippery but that has only come from sporty owners

I was told by dealer yesterday they thought Dunlop handeled better but got better mileage from the Mich.this a question I've been asking for awhile I'm sticking with the Dunlop.

Neither. I like Avon or Metzler.

But not in the stock size I think Perelli is the only other.

I thought Metzler made stock size tires for Street Bob, 160/70 rear and 100/90 front no? Im planning on up grading to Metzlers reall soon but I want to stick with stock size also.

Metzler 170/60R-17 (Radial, wide tire kit not required)
Went with the metz radial
a bit wider than stock in the numbers but actually looks the same width as the stock dunlop
Works great. I also used a radial tube for wire rims.
I have used metz on my last three bikies. Great proven tire. Why risk it?
