I recenlty installed new HD plugs and out of curiosity I just ordered a set for my 09 SB. NKG part # DCPR7E , as per mnfg. suggestion
I also ride in the cold and I'm all for smoother starts and I will try them.
I am getting in late on this, but I would stay stock if I were you. I tried them myself and had convinced myself thru my butt dyno that they were working. Then one day the bike just didn't seem to run as good as before and I pulled them out. Both of them were fouled over and blacker than coaley's ***. Put the stock back in and the bike runs good as it did before and no more fouling problems.
NKG part # DCPR7E
Received my plugs yesterday, I didn't buy the E 3 just regular NKG
I did purchase some new 8.8 mm Drag Specialty wires.
These plugs were recommended by NKG.
What do think of installing these? Do you think the anti-knock would be messed up?
Update: After more reading on the antiknock and HD plugs I sent Cobra a question with using the Autotune would this effect the preformance or hurt the HD Dephi or my bike. I am waiting for an answer.
This is from the fI2000 Pro autotune advertisement.
