Default Help with Boom audio on street bob.
Hey all out there new meber to your forum. I just bought the boom audio for the handle bars for my 07 street bob mounting and wire hiding is no problem but power hook up is. If any one has done this or somthing similer i could use some advice thanks.

i tapped into the ignition switch under the tank console. plenty of room to hide the fuse under there too

I would run a relay, you never know how much current that audio system draws.

did you do it on a street bob? my ignition is on the side not the tank.

You don't have to run tap the wire right at the ignition switch, try to find a key on power near the fuse box and wire a relay, that should do.

I would try to put the fuse under the seat. Easier to get to than under the tank.

ok so ive mounted the amp and the speakers now i need to conect the wires theres only 3 red black and orange with a wite stripe the instructions it came with are so damn vaige.
