Thanks Dude, this is all good stuff. I heard two interesting things today:
1/ Vance & Hines are perhaps only a few months away from a fix for the exhaust valve (to stop it showing the engine management light when you disconnect the valve). I don't know why you're not seeing a light.
2/ Apparently the new PCIII came out last week which runs with the O2 sensors. I don't have any info yet.
Thanks again G. It looks pretty cool. I was quite determined to slowly black out mine, piece by piece, but looking at that I'm not sure everything in satin black is totally the way to go! I need to strike a fine balance between black and alloy (a bit like Exile Cycles I guess). I imagine, looking at the Supertrapps on that machine they may not have the O2 sensors facility in which case it could have any of a number of EFI systems or piggy-backs on it.
I still don't have any more info about the 'latest' PCIII that supposedly surfaced last week and works with the O2 sensors but if it's true I will probably do the following (after the first 1,000 mile service soon):
Fit a PCIII or other piggy back system that uses the O2 sensor system.
Disconect the silencer valve cable at the soenoid end like Stix and junk the valve.
Fit V&H big radius or Samson sweepers. Even though big rads look like 2 into 2 they do actually have a connecting chamber/port which helps with the torque.
Fit a more open air intake/filter set.
Get Dyno'd.
I'll keep posting. Yesterday I ordered a combined rack/cissy bar which bolts on behind the single seat and picks up on the top hole in the back fender. Once that's on I'll be able to carry more than just my tooth brush!

When I looked on the Supertrapp website, it seemed to indicate that they did do a version with 02 sensors.
With our Euro emissions regs here I would think it would be unlikely that Warr's would mess with 02 sensors, but I could be wrong.
