Default Inverted Front ends

What Inverted front ends has anyone tried on they're Dynas? Particularly, 2010, I guess '08+ up... Just trying to get some ideas...
Thanks.

Not sure that they were adjustable... I should have posed the question better...
I guess I'm looking for performance and adjustability..

It's not an inverted front end, but If you're looking for performance and adjustability in your front end, check out Ohlins FGK 205 cartridges. I did a little over a year ago and am really happy with the results. There is a whole write up on motorcyclemetal.com.

Default Inverted forks

There are many advantages to inverted forks, I will try to outline the differences.

  1. Bushings
    1. Two designs: The best has bushings captivated inside of the fork sliders. Cheaper and less desirable forks have bushings exactly like your Harley conventional forks. The bushing is captivated by a spring clip in the out (fork tube) part of the slider. The second bushing slides inside of the honed aluminum slider with a higher coefficient of friction than the aforementioned both bushings sliding on a polished and coated fork tube.
    2. The moving mass is much lighter in an inverted fork where just the fork tube, caliper, and axle clamp moves than that of a conventional fork.
    3. The quality of internals makes the most difference. Control the movement is controlling your ride. That is what wins races as well as provides comfort.
    4. There are chrome inverted forks like the Ultima that use the exact same suspension as what is stock in your bagger or OEM Dyna et, Al. The only reason is for the looks and no performance difference.

I wonder if vrod inverted, xr1200, or even a buell inverted(seen one on an FXR) would work on a 2010 FXD. I'm sure the internals would have to be changed because of weight differences but could it work?
Pros..One thing is adjustability and second is dual disc set up; are there any cons?
