When I traded my '98 Road Glide in for my '07 FXD with a 103", I thought I'd never get used to the extra pull it had in it when I nudged the throttle. I found that I could take are of it by tightening the throttle friction screw to create just a but more resistance until I got more used to the new bike and was able to control that over zealous right hand of mine. Might wanna give it a shot, couldn't hurt...?
