Default Ultima 21" wheel for narrow glide.

Has anyone tried to mount an Ultima 21" wheel on a narrow glide? i beleive i bought the correct wheel (36-390) as the axle fits and rotor spacing is good however stock outside spacers dont work they are too wide. The new rim has inside spacers locked into the seals that stick out 1/4 inch on both sides whereas my old rim has stock outside spacers that go into the seals about a 1/4 inch.Left side would be fine without adding any spacer and the right side stock spacer would be too wide to fit in the forks. This is going on a 99 fxdx that already has a 21" wheel on the front but the chrome is in nasty shape. Is it as simple as using custom spacers? this wheel is suppose to fit on my front end but there is no number for support through ultima so i may be sol and have to have a wheel laced up using my hub.Hoping someone else has tried these wheels and can give me some insight!

Figured the wheel out on my own. Ended up with a custom wheel spacer on left side(stock one can be cut down) and no spacer on the right. Also you have to set the pinch bolt first to lock the right side of the axle wherever it needs to be to line up the right rotor, put your custom length spacer on left side (.470 worked perfect for me)then tighten the axle nut.Spins nice with no brake drag on a dual disc setup. Cheap and easy way to put a nice looking 21" wheel on a narrow glide front end.

I'm sure I am not reading this right ,but your not using the pinch bolts to hold the axle in a certain place correct ?

Actually i had to in order to get my spacing for the left side wheel spacer. Now that i have that i can tighten the axle nut first. The right side bearing spacer which is fixed on the ultima wheel is an 1/8 inch longer than the stock harley spacer so you start out with the wheel being an 1/8 off center. So i pulled the axle out 1/8 to line up the rotors then took my measurement for the left side spacer.
