just installed 4 1/2 h-d pullback risers on 09 superglide read other posts that said no need for longer cables or wires. not entirely true. every thing fit except handle mounted speedo wires and indicater light bar wires. here is the easy solution for that. unplug speedo wire harness and indicater light bar harness. they route up thru hole in triple tree. pull them back down then re route them back behind and to the left of triple tree reconnect and try to get a little slack out of the wires coming out of the frame for the rest of the handlebar wires. thats it. heard of others tryin to get slack wire from under tank not sure there is cause you will need a couple of inches for speedo. good luck. oh ya u mite not like the angle of the speedo on the pull back as it sits more up rite. it still looks good on bike and you can still read it . hey a small price to pay for a more comfy riding position

I have the 4.5x2 risers on my 09 ... indeed u can pull enough slack out of the frame that there is no need for cables etc.. its tight though.. might try rerouting the speedo. Thanks!
It makes the viewing angle on the speedo more vertical. Still completely readable unless u are REALLY tall..
Here is some threads that should show what it looks like.. also seen in my sig:
