Default broken exhaust stud

alright ive tried everything i can think of besides drilling it. that is my last resort. it is the forward most exhaust stud in the front head. ive tried stud removal sockets-not enough sticking out. ive tried turbo sockets-just spin after pounding them on. tried welding about 15 different nuts onto the stud and the only thing i do is break more of the stud off. anybody have another idea. i did borrow a Jims jig to drill it out but a drill is not gonna fit next to the frame to drill it. i am mentally exhausted and cant sleep just thinking about it.

Don't know if you have room to try a small pointed punch. I've got some broken bolts out using this method when all else has failed.

Like previously posted, give a pointed drift/punch a try, if that doesn`t work, you need to either find a way to drill it in place, or pull the head.

Assuming its not sheered clean and there's something bite onto, Crank the bike up and let it idle and get hot. Once the bike gets hot, the metal expands and it'll be much easier to back out the stud.... That's how I got mine out.

Is over tightening the number one reason for breakage? I bust installed a set of pipes and made sure I didn't over tighten. I did find that the 2-1 pipe was
a real tight fit though. Could this cause fracture?

Breakage is usually caused by lack of maintenance (accumulated corrosion) and improper technique (just cranking on the wrench til the stud snaps off) instead of first soaking it overnight (at least) in Aerokroil, then using heat/impact driver/etc to break the nut loose.
