I've only had it a month and I've read every thing from shimming the fromt motor mount, to replacing the exhaust (I know... but a lot of folks claim it works), to getting 1000 miles on it to "break in". We'll see.

Besides never hearing of that, is your dealer going to own up to it and fix it for you?
Not at this point. Do a search for FLD vibration or Switchback vibration and you'll see that it's actually really common. One guy had his gas tank vibrate loose!
