Just had some work done over at Southeast Custom Cycles again. I wanted my bike to handle better and Ric and I came up with this. Fat bob trees to lose 2* of rake and fat bob fork tubes to shorten up the wheel base. Also had the forward controls converted to mids to help with the handling even more. Sent the the front end out for powder coat and added a new lepera seat. It feels like riding a completely different bike. Handles so much better now. The bike is going back in a couple weeks for a Woods 6 cams. Here are a couple pics.
That's awesome, I tried to get more pics out of Ric but I think he had returned it To u already. Looks awesome. I was thinking about going back to mid glide trees from wide glide but this makes me re think. Awesome bike! Post more pics if u have any

Nah, keep the wide trees. They match up really well with the Ness fairing.

Yeah bro, keep the wide glide trees on there. I'm going with Fat Bob trees myself next winter. I would do it now but I don't want to take the bike down for anything longer than an oil change so I don't miss out on any riding.
Or, if you are going for the Outlaw style and improved handling, go with the Fat Bob trees like the original poster.
I'd like better If I had the 3.25 inch front tire. Mines 2.15. And my trees are WG so they have a little rake. I'm gonna do the rest. Got 12.5 piggy back shocks and a thunderheader. Going for bars and an fxdxt fairing next.
And not to steal the thread.
Ric has a great eye for not only dynas but all Harley's. Good choice of shops to take ur bike too.
Yeah Ric is a buddy of mine actually. I live about 30 mins from the shop. Im always stopping by to see what projects he has going on. Hes got pretty damn good at club style bikes. I love riding this bike now. Im swapping out my current bars for a set of risers and bars when it goes in for the cam work
