Might have something to do with this?
wideglide fatbob superglide

Lean Angle, Right (deg.) 28.4 30 29.5
Lean Angle, Left (deg.) 31.9 31 30.9

It seems pretty consistent...the bikes can lean further to the left before scraping.

Same here. I'm going to need my right boot re-soled at this rate. Only dragged the left once or twice.

Unless you ride right down the center of the road, in the US right turns are tighter because you are on the inside of the turn. The lean angle info is news to me, interesting.

While (still! ) shopping for my next bike, I've been spending a lot of time at the MoCo website picking up all kinds of trivia like that. Lo and Behold, a bit of it's just now come in handy...

who'da thunk?

I don't scrape my right peg, but scraped the pipes (actually the clamp that holds the heat shields on). Always on a roundabout too (turning right around the circle). Have not scraped the left yet.

oooops my bad, i re-visited this thread just now because I was on HD's site and looked ast some of the given specs and noticed there is 31 degrees left turn clearance but only 30 degrees right turn clearance. At least on the fatbob.... or what gimp said!

I have to be pretty careful turning left cause Im about to grind through the primary cover. Pipes are scaped up on my SG but hard to see unless youre on the ground. Guess I ride too aggressive! A crotch rocket it aint!

Exactly the same for me! Boot heels sometimes catch the pavement and once came off the pegs.
Still drag the exhaust shields (stock) so I don't push it on the right side. I prefer left hand turns anyway.
With my new shocks (+.75") I hope it will be better
