New To Harley, Jetting Question
I just bought a 02 wide glide. I can't believe I waited 30+ years to do it. So far, Its been one of the best buys I've made in a very very long time. My bike is suppose to be stage 2, its got SE mufflers and a cool lope to it idling. It loads up idling for more than a couple of minutes or short trips. Since changing plugs, it starts right up, no choke, removed plugs to check the gap on them again, they are set at 40. My question is, do you fatten it up for straight pipes or go leaner? Could it have had straight pipes and been jetted for that and now that its got the mufflers, its too much? Sorry for going on so long for a short question. Thanks in advance for any info.
