Here's the finish after i removed the wrap, the scratches existed already as i got this pipe used but you can see where the wrap kind of stained the finish.
im gonna run it like it is but eventually im gonna get the pipe recoated.....

I like it both ways, tough call. Bike looks much more sleek without it, but looks more "tough" with it. I have thought about ditching my heatshields and wrapping
you should post a before and after picture. personally I prefer without and will be removing the heat wrap from my exhaust in the very near future.
Couple of questions for you;
How long did you run your exhaust with heat wrap?
How'd your pipes looks (up close) after you removed the heat wrap? Any pitting or corrosion? - It's hard to tell from your picture.
Are you planning on repainting or recoating your pipes?

How'd your pipes looks (up close) after you removed the heat wrap? like **** but its not too bad

I'm not a fan of the wrap...So I like the "after" look! Maybe some heat shields with a "brushed" steel finish look would help to break up the ALL black look and add some visual effect...
