So I am going to put a solo seat on my Fat Bob, do I need any special hardware to install? My current seat has one bolt and two plugs under it, where the solo seat will bolt down. How does solo seat mount, do I need hardware to put in the holes where the plugs are now??

You will have to pull off one of the plastic hole covers and move rear bolt kit forward. That's it. Well and pull off the little square pieces of foam fender protector tape. Should be the most forward hole but since seat designs vary you'll have to figure that out for your seat. I think the fender looks kind of odd with those damn plastic hole cover caps showing so me personally if I was going to stay with a solo I'd get a rear fender bib.
I am getting rear fender bib, so will I need another bolt kit for that???
Yep, I have no idea the P/N for that stupid bolt kit and you should check with the dealer or whoever your getting the bib kit from to see if it comes with a bolt kit. I'm guessing it doesn't. One of those annoying little things you run into when swapping to new stuff.
The kit is about 5 bux, but you can't get it anywhere else but HD !!! LOL Keep your eyes peeled for any apparel, cleaning products or decorative accessories while your getting it!
