I can't tell from the picture butdid you put some sort of cover over the stereo to protect it from rain?
What size speakers would fit?

Ingenious mate , superb work , once you have a completed one you should market them , i reckon there would be a few customers here.

I can make anything except a pure blooded WildCat kitten.

The boombox housing should be extremely marketable.
How much does it cost to build a vacuum forming machine??

Way cool Jackyl! Any idea what sort of price range this unit might be? Love to find something like this for my wife's Street Bob.........I do custom woodwork, but doesn't seem practical to do something out of wood for a bike radio!
