RTFM, if that means read the manual, I did. Manual says 12.7 volts for fully charged (100%) battery. And like I said have never had the tender stay in the charge mode (solid yellow) that long, maybe a few minutes before it would go from flashing green to solid green (monitoring mode).

Who said anything about a bike mounted gauge? According to my manual 12.7V is 100% charged, 12.0V is 25%.
