I'm looking for piece 22 I guess the rubber seal:



Any ideas where I can order one?

Part 61793-02a is part #9 in the diagram below, which is the rubber gasket under the console. Is that what you're looking for? If so its about $14 at your local dealer or you can buy it online on a dealer website.

Yep that is it, where can i get a diagram of all the parts for my bike like that?

Link in the middle of this page will take you to an online resource by year/make/model. You have to add parts to your cart and go to check out in order to get the part number. A pain but it works.
