Default Appliance epoxy'd the trees

Well the bike is in pieces and I decided to paint my trees, headlight ring, new to me street glide shocks with the rustoleum appliance epoxy (rattle can). My fork lowers have held nice for four years and over 10k miles so I figured what the hell. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get my wheels back and do a few more things and get her back together. I can't complain for $6.

Front, late night shake down run!!

yes it was chrome. I just hand sanded everything with 400 grit and called it good. I cleaned it with the 3m paint prep spray from the auto parts store. That stuff cleans everything.

Looks good, can't wait to see it back together. Not to hijack... but does anyone know how this stuff holds up to heat? I've been thinking of doing my rocker covers.

I do not have an answer for that, curious though.
