Default Forking wrecked my Fat Bob

After dropping my son off for football practice yesterday afternoon. I left the school and was following a truck about 2-3 car lengths behind him and the truck passed the car in front of him, well I saw the car which was braking and I followed the truck. I didn't see no turn signal on the car just his brake lights, well as you have probably figured out already the car wanted to make a left turn as I was right at his drivers door. So as you can imagine I said to myself SH*T this is going to hurt! As I was bouncing off the asphalt and tumbling my military training kicked in as I keep telling myself to stay loose, stay loose, and stay loose. I finally came to stop flat on my back looking straight up at the heavens with me thanking the Lord that I was concousius and could feel all of my aching body.

All is good and I must have a guardian angel or something as I have slightly bruised ego, two broken bones in my right foot, badly bruised ribs and various cuts, scrapes and bruises. I will survive to ride again!!!

Crashing sucks ... Remember, There are only two kinds of riders ... those that have crashed ... and those that are going to .... You've got yours out of the way ... heal quickly, and hopefully we'll see ya out of the road soon! Good Luck Brother!

Yes.....Thank God you're okay!! (and as said, that your son wasn't involved).
I hope you and your insurance company get along, but like you have said, it's great that you're alive and have all your body parts still in-tacked.
