1/4 inch (50 psi)for crossover.5/32 for vacuum hose.you can pick some up at autozone for .50 a foot

I'm sure Jackyl is right. The only thing I could find in the service manual was that it recommended 5/16's hose to drain the tank from the crossover outlets.

By a foot of each, and use the left-over to make a Super-Bowl beer hat.
