I've a line on a '07 FXSTC with 9500 miles on it and would like to trade my '06 FXDWGI with 21000 miles for it. It will cost me $1500.00 difference. Is this a good deal or what?? Weren't most of the shortcomings of the '06 fixed in the '07 model; ie. compensator, alternator, primary case bearing, cam plate, oil pump, cam chain adjuster, etc?? Does the Soft tail Custom have any short comings that I need to be aware of?? It has the 21" front tire and runs a 200x60 17" on the rear. Only thing I don't like is the Mustang seat that has been put on it. I know it has the 96" B motor and only makes 1ft lb more torque than my 88" engine but that is no issue as it makes it 250 rpm lower. Any input will be greatly appreciated. In the wind.

Someone please give me some input. I am supposed to meet with the salesperson an Tuesday and talk deal or no deal. I realy like Soft Tails but if there is no real improvements, why make the deal?? In the wind.

I can't see much if any downside to it. ... but then again, I don't ride soft tails so I can't give a good comparison.
