I had the same problem with my Street Bob. I sat on everything HD had and didn't fit any of them. Long story short...got a Le Pera Villain made for me with the jell cushion. Took about 200 miles and it softened up. Perfect fit, stops me sliding back or front. I'm 6' and about 190 without much body cushion on my *** and the seat just works. Great people to work with and no back orders, problems what so ever.
I have been waiting for two weeks form my HD Badlander seat to come off back order. I was extremely excited when the dealership called me today to tell me it was finally here. I rushed home, ate a quick dinner and bolted it on. It looks great BUT when I went for a 30 min ride couldn't stand it. It's too wide up front, too hard, and my butt wants to slide to the rear seat because theres not a deep enough groove. I'm 5'11 and 160 pounds, I have no fat on me so theres no cushion between my but bones and seat. The Corbin seat that the last owner put on it is as hard as a rock and extremely ugly. I'm going to return it to the dealer tomorrow. Any suggestions?
...I guess it doesn't help that my spine in completely jacked up from the Marine Corps
C&C or mustang. ive had mustangs on both my bikes and happy with both. comfortable and looks good. currently running a mustang tripper on my dyna. its very comfortable. it set me back a little but i like it because now it doesnt feel like i have the bars right in my face.
I have the sundowner for long trips, and it is comfortable. Doesn't look like it belongs on the bike-looks like I took a seat off an glide and put it on the dyna. Got a good deal on it so I bought it. Wish I would have got something better looking and still comfortable.

Agree with this...
Have one (Sundowner) for trips, mainly for the wifes benefit.
I have a C&C sport tour that is comfortable, but it does sit you down and back. Not comfortable for my boney a$$ on long trips, but under 100 miles it rocks (and looks great!)
