question about wheel interchange

Will 2010 Wide Glide spoke wheels fit on a 2009 Low Rider without modifications? Will the 21 inch front clear the fender?

The 21" wheel will clear the fender as long as it is a 2.15" wheel which comes on the wide glide. 2010 and 2009 both have 25mm bearings so that is good news. The rear wheel should fit as wellas stock rear wheels are both 17x4.5. I think you are good to go.

The rear wheel should be a direct bolt on. The front wheel will clear the fender, but the hub is different (wide glide vs. mid glide front end). You can get different spokes and lace the Wide Glide rim to your stock front hub, which is what I did.

Of course, the other option is to use Wide Glide trees, which several others have done.
