Id go with sputhe. They were the original and the quality is excellent you cannot really go wrong with either though
Just to be different so as to confuse the living crap out of you...
I would go with the True-Track (and I did). Don is extremely knowledgable and a really nice guy. Extemely helpful and has an amazing memory. After installing the True Track and being very pleased on the improvement I commented on a totally different topic thread about the front tire issue that plauges the Fat Bob's and the effects. The result was a PM and email from Don personally who besides recommending fine tuning of the True Track, offered suggestions on what the problems might be which included an incorrect mounting of the front tire on the rim where the bead is not set correctly. I discovered this following his instructions how to check it. This is after 2 different dealers tried everything to resolve the symptom.
Sadly I have too many miles already on the improper seated tire for the fix to yeild (due to wear patterns already there) any results but there is no doubt the improperly mounted tire is the culperet.
So IMO the service is what sets them apart.

I know many have issues with how their ride handles. I'm also aware of how these stabilizing devices work.
But I have found that a combination tire design and TIRE PRESSURE can dramatically improve many issues.
The bike is built to go down the road and through the corners without wobbling. If you have issues, especially dramatic one's start there. As the above poster mentioned he added a stabilizer but now attributes the issue to the tire not seated correctly.
Tire pressure needs checking almost every time you ride. Even 2 or 3 pounds one way or the other can / will make a difference.
And worn tires, or improperly worn tires are a hazard and should be replaced as soon as there is improper handling or tread wear, even if there is a lot of tread left on them.
Front tires can be adjusted from 36 to 42 pounds and will make a difference on your machine.
If you have air ride suspension you also have to "adjust" it to work best for you and your style of riding.
my 2012 FXDC had an unsettling "loose" feeling when riding in strong cross winds (not uncommon if you want to do any riding in Iowa) and when passing semi's on the interstate. I messed with fallaway, tire pressure and a list of other tweaks. The true-track tightened up my bike considerably.

I don't think you should buy either until you get the issues resolved on your bike. You shouldn't buy a stabilizer hoping to fix a wobbling or handling issue, it should be to enhance a bike thats already working properly
