Default FLD Lowering Blocks

bought a set that's suppose to fit. well, they fit just fine after I had to acquire a longer bolt for the right side. took it out for a ride and was just fine. Tried mounted the hard bags and they don't fit. anyone else with an FLD tried or know of any that will work? TIA

There are none that are going to allow you to mount your bags. You'll need shorter shocks if you want to lower and use your bags.

I bought the ones from la choppers and they didn't work. Returned for refund. Maybe they didn't send me the right ones but I talked to someone there and they said they don't have any strictly for FLD.
Tell me more about the 12" street glide shocks.... did you buy them from the dealer and replace the oil? How is the ride?

bought them off the site from a guy here in my home state, $90 shipped..

then picked up a qt of 10wt shock oil ($17) drained the old 5wt out added 11oz of the 10 wt and all is good.. ride is out of this world and air adjustable.. on the wide glide i ran 10lbs of air solo on the switchback i am running 13lbs and it is perfect..

not bad for $107 dollars and a few minutes of labor to install them
