Here's my 55w kit with a 6000k bulb. Much brighter than my 35w kit. Hopefully it's not to hot. It's a ddm tuning kit made for motorcycles so we will see. It has a lifetime warranty also.

I installed an 55 watt dual (H/L) HID from DDM Tuning in a 7" bullet headlight a few months ago, but decided it was to big and just didn't quite look right, so I bought a 6" bullet headlight and jammed it all(ballast, wires, plugs, relay, H/L controller) in there. It took a few tries but it fit. The headlight is similar to this one but matte black: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Bullet...e8632e&vxp=mtr

Nice, got any pics of it? How does the dual beam work, as good as stock?? Are you happy with it?

Sorry to take so long to reswpond but I just saw the questions. The light output is great but the cheap bulb that came with the headlamp bucket is plastic and started to melt and sag, lol. I took it out and used the stock SB bulb and it is a little shallower, which made it alot easier to get it all in there. The black reflector in the stock bulb does block some of the light, but I think I saw a post that JRK5892 removed the reflector. That's how I found this thread again, I was looking for that thread.

I took the diffuser out of the stock bulb and then took pics showing the ballast and all the wires crammed in the headlight housing:

I think because of the heat the reflector in the back looks a little hazy now. I ended up having to put my stick bulb back in. Not sure if the HID caused it or not, but my whole bike quit working. Harley replaced the entire electric system to make it work again. I think because it's the new can bus system that my bike didn't like the hid light haha. But I'm not 100% sure. I sure miss the hid though, was a lot brighter!!!

Damn sorry about your bad luck there but at least they replaced it all....i guess i am going to give the 35W a try I've had the 35W DDM kit in my old car and now use the 55W in my new car so i know the quality of DDM is good, and i love the light output. fingers crossed i don't have any issues if so i'll take it all out and take it to the dealer and tell em to fix it haha

thanks for the response bro i appreciate it!
