well the springs were upside down and here is the size of the spacer 3.5"

now do you think the springs being upside down could affect it ? and im not sure if that spacer is on the big side or what?

The spacer fits on top of the springs and underneath it there should be a big washer, almost the same diameter of your fork tubes. This washer keeps the spring from going inside your spacer. On top of the spacer is another washer to keep your fork cap from wearing on the spacer.

alright well all i did was flip the springs (the right way) and it rides alot better! i took it to the brick road down from the house and it defiantly rides better!

I'm running 7" spacers on 1kg springs. That 3 1/2" spacer seems really short. Joe's the man for help.

from what Ive read on the instructions the springs can be ran either way, some say the springs are quieter with the close wound coil on the bottom

I've heard this too. The spacer length and amount of oil are important. To much of either and the forks won't compress.
