The best way to go about doing this is to either borrow a windows laptop from a family member or friend or...
Get VM Ware or Parallels. These are programs that allow you to run virtual machines on OS X. Then just find a cheap (or free cough cough cough) copy of Windows XP (don't need no fancy Windows). Open the virtual machine, install it, then you can run windows and use the Power Vision from there and it'll work just like it's supposed to.
I've done this quite a few times and worked great.
also the reason i recommend the virtual machine vs boot camp is because boot camp is gonna take a permanent residence on your hard drive, which means permanent space allocated to it. Since the ONLY thing I ever use windows for was for my power commander, it's nice to just delete the virtual machine when I'm done to reclaim that hard drive space.
I am a Mac freak but I do have a pc at work for uploading and downloading Power vision. I haven't use bootcamp, it is a bit risky so I never tried. Too chicken
