new front rotor?
I am planning on having my front wheel powder coated black. It is an 06 superglide with cast wheels. I am waiting till i need a new tire to have it done so i have been collecting crap in the meantime. already have a new tire, wheel bearings and rotor bolts sitting in the garage and was thinking of getting a new rotor.
The stamp on the side says min. 4.5 mm and i measure it at being between 5 and 4.5 (hard to tell with my cheap *** plastic caliper)
any recommendations on a replacement rotor?
i have seen some gold colored rotors on sport bikes that looked badass
i have also seen some rotors that have v cut outs on the outside edge ,like on a dirt bike
just thinking of doing something alittle different if i am going to replace it anyway
Plan on doing the same to the rear when that tire wears out

i would do some research
